Mr. L.V. Puthran, FCA is the founder partner of Puthran, Chartered Accountants established in 1987 having offices in Dubai and Sharjah.
Mr. Puthran has vast experience in the field of auditing, company formation in U.A.E. and in various Free Zones in U.A.E., feasibility/project report, certification work, business valuation, due diligence report etc. and is in Dubai since 30 years.
Being the founder member he has overall management responsibility of the firm including human resources, marketing, finance training and development, international membership affiliation co-ordination and overall performance of the firm.
Mr. Puthran has also served in the committee of Dubai Chapter of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as Committee Member, Honorary Treasurer, and member of Professional Development Committee and as Vice Chairman of the Chapter. Mr. Janak B. Panjuani, ACA, Director of Puthran Chartered Accountants, and having worked with International audit firms in India and overseas has vast experience in the field of auditing and taxation. He possesses a keen understanding of subtle aspects of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and various computerised accounting systems and ERP packages. He has major responsibility of file review and compliance of disclosure requirements per IAS. He is also in-charge of in-house staff training. He has been a speaker and has written articles on various taxation related issues and also served as office bearer of various committees of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society. Mr. Janak has served as Committee Member of Dubai Chapter of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was the co-chairman of Study Circle Committee of the Chapter.
He is working as Senior Audit Manager in Puthran Chartered Accountants for the past two decades, and he reviews audit files and does audit allocations to various senior and junior assistants. He also controls and manages the article trainees.
She is a qualified CA and works in Puthran Chartered Accountants as Senior Audit Manager for the past 6+ years. She also follows IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and trains the CA and ACCA trainees and other seniors audit assistants. She reviews all the audit files and attends all major clients meeting.
He is a B.com graduate from Mumbai University and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) from London. He Conducts and reviews the Major Audits.
He is a qualified CA and manager for VAT consultancy. He attends various clients VAT related works, helps in getting TRN numbers and helps to filing monthly/quarterly VAT returns.
She is a Manager In-charge for company formation department and she attends a client who wants to form offshore and onshore companies and also helps in forming various companies in Free Zones like Jebel Ali Free Zone, Sharjah, Hamriyah Free Zone and RAK Free Zone companies.
She is a Qualified BBA Graduate from American University in Dubai, UAE and also she is qualified in CPA (Certified Public Accountant, USA). She travels and maintains overseas clients
